1. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you ordered, we may contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may call or email you to confirm your order and delivery details, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. Please provide a correct name, delivery address, phone number and email so that we can reach you.
3. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the delivery person when your order arrives. If we add other payment methods, they will be shown at checkout.
4. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery charges and free-delivery eligibility are described on our Shipping Information page and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, product availability and circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and refunds
Our returns are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Warranty
Where a product carries a warranty, the warranty terms are those stated on the product page or provided with the product by the manufacturer or importer. Please keep your invoice and packaging for warranty claims.
7. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images and design, belongs to BongoBuy or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BongoBuy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
